All Sales Are Final for - Chamoy products, Gummies, Michelada Mix, Chiquitita Sauce, Bundles, & Kit's.
Due to the personalized and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of the following situations:
Incorrect Address
If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address and your order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately at returns@thefunkits.com. We will make every effort to correct the address for you before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. It becomes your responsibility to collect your order at the shipping address provided.
Lost Package
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost by USPS, you must contact USPS directly to initiate the process of locating and retrieving your package. Please note that shipping labels purchased under Standard Shipping include USPS insurance, which may provide coverage in such cases. However, shipping labels purchased under First Class do not include insurance.

We strive to respond to all emails sent to returns@thefunkits.com within 72 hours. Please allow this time for us to review and address your inquiry or concern.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
European Union Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
