Shipping & Delivery Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed 3-5 business days. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 4 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
 
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 1-5 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance). All orders received after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING We do not ship overnight at this time.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.


If a package is returned to The Fun Kits due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, a subtotal refund will be initiated. No refund on the shipping cost.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the UPS/FEDEX after they leave our warehouse.
 
ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update.

If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. Here's our cancellation policy at The Fun Kits:

To request a cancellation, please contact us at orders@thefunkits.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to our streamlined processing and shipping operations, we can only accept cancellation requests within this time frame.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request and make the necessary changes. However, please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.
